Arab is about a veteran, aged 25, giving his testimony in church in 2013. He explains in the beginning that he was forced to attack and kill in the war. He proceeded to admit he had been asking god for forgiveness before he committed the murders. In the process of the attacks, they captured a young Arab women and drove her into the desert. While driving to their assigned destination, orders were coming in out loudly- to kill the woman. The soldier felt sick about it, and the captive threw up after hearing it. The sample used "I'm a real doctor now," is portraying that he felt like a doctor because he had the ability to take a life at will.
